Virgin Media TV M is free with a Virgin Phone line (£11.99 a month) and includes Catch Up TV, showing a selection of the last 7 days of programming from the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Virgin 1, and the Virgin Central channel, which gives you a taste of what's available from Virgin Media TV on Demand. If you get the V+ HD set top box you can also access a number of channels in HD as well as on-demand content such as movies.

Virgin Media TV M+ features the same 45 channels available on the M package but adds a selection of 20 channels including Sky1, LIVING, and Movies 24. Virgin Media TV M+ costs an extra £5.50 a month with a Virgin Phone line (£11.99 a month) and incldues all of the on-demand and catch-up aspects of Virgin Media TV M. Catch Up TV allows you to watch programmes from the BBC, Channel 4 and Virgin 1 from the last 7 days and the Virgin Central channel broadcasts trailers of programmes available from Virgin Media TV On Demand. The V+ HD set top box gives you access to high definition channels and on-demand content with Virgin Media TV M+.

Virgin Media TV L
Virgin Media TV L gets you 100 great digital TV channels including Discovery Channel, MTV One and Cartoon Network as well as everything that's on the M+ package. Virgin Media TV L costs £11 a month with a Virgin Phone line (£11.99 a month) and comes with Virgin Media Catch Up TV, broadcasting the most popular programmes from the BBC, Channel 4 and Virgin 1 shown over the 7 days. The Virgin Central TV On Demand teaser channel is also included, as is a number of high definition channels, which are available through the Virgin Media V+ HD set top box.

Virgin Media TV XL is the premium TV package from Virgin Media. You get 160 channels including FX, National Geographic and SkyARTS1. The ESPN Sports pack (normally available from £8 a month) is included free with Virgin Media TV XL as is free on-demand content from TV Choice On Demand. You also get access to a selection of the last 7 days worth of programming from the BBC, Channel 4 and Virgin1 and the greatest range of HD channels available on cable, including ESPN HD, FX HD, and National Geographic HD as well as BBC HD and Channel 4 HD, accessed through the Virgin Media V+ HD set top box.
