Sky Go - Sky TV on demand and on the move
Free to Sky TV customers, Sky Go lets you watch live TV on the web or catch up with something you missed at a time that suits you. You can access content included in your monthly Sky subscription; so if you already have the Sky Movies package then you can catch a film on demand whenever you like, and if you have the Sky Sports package you could watch a Barclays Premier League match live online. You can also watch the latest TV series or catch-up episodes on demand, or watch live whilst you’re on the go.
As a Sky customer, you can log in to Sky Go at any time through your laptop (PC or Mac), iPhone or iPad, and you can register two devices for use with the service. Sky Go is easy to navigate, user-friendly and provides a smart way to keep watching Sky TV on the move.
Sky Anytime+ – Downloading straight to your Sky+HD box
Sky Anytime+ is a feature that lets you download from Sky’s extensive on demand library, and watch on your TV at home. Your Sky Broadband connection is used, and your programme or movie is ready to view almost immediately, because you can watch whilst it downloads. You can browse through themed groups of TV series, movies and sport, and set up a list of scheduled downloads. These are all stored on your Sky+HD box, ready for you to view whenever you like. You can also download in HD, so you can watch Sky programmes, movies and sport on demand and in stunning high definition.
This service is available to all Sky TV customers with broadband access, and it’s recommended to choose Sky Broadband Unlimited so that there are no caps on your downloading.
Sky User Reviews
I have been with Sky for around 6 years now - and I have no complaints about their service. Sky+ is an essential part of my life - without it I would be lost. It allows me to watch all of my fave TV programmes and still have a social life at the same time! The ability to skip through the adverts is also a massive thumbs up - thanks Sky!

I've been with Sky for a few years now and I have to say that I have had no problems with the service at all. It can be a pain getting through to their call centre but I've had to do it so rarely that it doesn't bother me. The range of programming on Sky is excellent, arts and culture programming on Sky Arts to The Simpsons, there is rarely nothing on. Sky + has become essential for me so I can view the football anytime I like!

i recently changed to sky and decided to go for the sky hd package! to be honest, i was a bit scepticle as i didnt think there would be that much difference, how wrong could i be? i am a massive football fan, and watching a game in HD makes more difference than i could ever imagine, the sharper quality of picture is amazing ( and my tv is not the best, so god only knows how much better it would be on a slightly newer tv) i have even started watching more nature programmes as it really makes you feel that you could actually be there with attenborough himself. an extra £10 a month?? i would have paid more than double!! plus you get a nicer box than sky+ i say get the HD package and get even more out of your tv!!!

Ive been a Sky customer for over 10 years now. I now have sky plus and find that it has changed my viewing habits dramatically! Where as before I used to flick through the hundreds of channels almost continuously. I now have a "play list" of really great TV programs to watch and the press of a button. The one downside to Sky is that I do find it hard to get through to their customer service department during busy period to upgrade to SKy movies or SKy sports etc. Generally though I give Sky+ 9/10!...love it.
