Sky Anytime+ Downloading straight to your Sky+HD box

Sky Anytime+ is a feature that lets you download from Sky’s extensive on demand library, and watch on your TV at home. Your Sky Broadband connection is used, and your programme or movie is ready to view almost immediately, because you can watch whilst it downloads. You can browse through themed groups of TV series, movies and sport, and set up a list of scheduled downloads. These are all stored on your Sky+HD box, ready for you to view whenever you like. You can also download in HD, so you can watch Sky programmes, movies and sport on demand and in stunning high definition.

This service is available to all Sky TV customers with broadband access, and it’s recommended to choose Sky Broadband Unlimited so that there are no caps on your downloading.

Sky 3D - The 3D experience in your home

Sky has launched Europe’s first dedicated 3D TV channel, offering the immersive, vibrant cinematic experience of three-dimensional viewing in the comfort of your own home. Both sport and movies are now getting the 3D treatment, which means that if you have a passive or active 3D TV, you will be able to watch in this captivating format.

Along with a 3D-ready TV, you will need access to the Sky 3D channel, which comes free when you order the whole Sky World HD package. This will give you unlimited access to Sky’s groundbreaking channel, showing breathtaking blockbusters, as well as sport filmed live with 3D cameras, so you can watch Barclays Premier League matches as you’ve never seen them before!

Sky Multiroom - A different channel in every room

With Sky Multiroom you can get Sky TV throughout your home, meaning that there are no more disagreements about what gets put on the box, and there’s still the option to record with Sky+ so you don’t miss anything else.

For a fee added to your monthly subscription, you can activate Sky in more than more room, and the digital feeds are separate, so you can have different channels on at the same time. You will need a second box, and you can choose which one: Sky offers a free standard SkyHD box, which is built HD-ready, but you can also choose to pay extra to have an advanced box such as the Sky+HD or Sky+HD 1TB models.
